Why not hire a full-time BI Consultant or CFO myself?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level BI consultant or Business Analyst now exceeds €100,000* per year, including all benefits (and good luck finding one available). A full-time CFO will cost you even more.

Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to always keep them busy, so you have to pay for time you can't use. You are also looking for someone who knows your company and business drivers through and through. So more than just that BI consultant.

We offer an expert who is a real sparring partner and looks at your companies from a CFO's perspective. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need.

How quickly can I expect results?

We start by working on a financial model to thoroughly understand your business and deliver accurate financial reports. Our experience shows that we can deliver results with new insights within the first month.

Regarding BI, we work with companies that have business data but are not yet utilizing it. Typically, we launch the first dashboards after 2-3 weeks. This depends on the data and IT infrastructure, and from the initial meeting, we will establish a clear BI roadmap. We look forward to that first meeting!

Why a monthly fee and not just a BI implementation?

Like your company, BI never stands still. Therefore, we don't believe in just implementing a new dashboard. A week after such an implementation, a new question pops up or your dashboard is no longer live due to an IT update. Result: more frustration and you need to get back to the implementation consultant...

To prevent this and to be able to continue to innovate BI and make data driven decisions you will need someone by your side who does this together with you.

How many dashboards can I develop with your plan?

If you have a monthly plan, it is unlimited. This is a more agile approach to the development towards a data driven organization. Based on a clear BI roadmap, new dashboards will come live every week. Of course, we also depend on the availability of data and your employees with whom we work. The average lead time of a more specific analysis is usually 5 working days.

Can I always stop the monthly plan?

Yes, you can. No questions asked

Is my company data safe?

The data always remains the property of the company and we take all possible measures to handle it with the utmost care. We usually sign a so-called Processing Agreement, which is industry standard. In addition, we organize our processes as much as possible according to the guidelines of AVG/GDPR and ISO 27001 (regarding information security).

What software do you use, and does it take a long time to implement?

We prefer Power BI from Microsoft, but we also work with other software packages such as Qlik or Tableau. The companies we work with all already have Microsoft software (such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) so no IT implementation required. The costs of getting Power BI licenses within the company are manageable, about €10 per user per month
